Can I make reservation on the day?
We accept reservations on the day as long as we have vacancies.
You can make a reservation by calling us at the number below or through the contact form.

How should I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation by telephone or through the Internet.

Can I get on the waiting list if there are no rooms available?
Sorry, but we don’t have a waiting list.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We charge cancellation fees as follows.
No-show/no-stay without prior notification: 100% penalty charge
Note: Our cancellation policy may vary depending on the dates reserved.
What is the time of check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
Do you have curfews?
No, we have no curfews and the front desk is open 24 hours.
Can I leave my luggage before the check-in or after the check-out time?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at our hotel before check-in, and after check-out but only on the day you leave
Can I check-in early?
We provide early check-in service if you ask us in advance.
Is late check-out is possible?
Yes, late check-out is possible. An extra charge of a percentage of the room rate (6200 yen) will allow you stay past 10:00. Extra charge are as follows:
10:00-12:00 30%
12:00-15:00 50%
15:00- 100%
Are there any necessary steps for foreigners to stay at your hotel?
We ask our guests to let us make a photocopy of their passport at check-in.
Can I share a bed with a child?
You can share a bed with a child under 12 without charge; limit one child for each paying adult.
Can I stay with my pet?
Sorry, we don’t allow pets aside from service dogs and guide dogs.
Can two people stay in a Single room?
No, sorry but single rooms are for one person only. There is no service for this even if you offer to pay extra.
Can I pay with a credit card or a prepaid electronic money card?
You can use credit cards below but we don’t accept prepaid electronic money cards.

About Rooms

What amenities do you have?
We provide soap (bar and liquid), body soap, shampoo, conditioner, face wash, tooth brush and paste, and razor.
Do you have a female-only area?
Yes, it is on the second floor.
What is the Premium Room?
It is a double room with a king-size bed, and is available for one or two people.
What is the Room for Ladies?
It is a room on a female-only floor and all non-smoking. We offer female-friendly services and a variety of amenities.
Do you have internet access in the room?
Free Wi-Fi is accessible in all rooms and you can also use public computers in our lobby.
Do you have an air cleaner in the room?
Premium Rooms (Double Room) have air cleaners.
Can I watch Pay TV in the room?
You can access to Video on Demand (VOD) that allows you to watch as much as you like at an extra cost of 1000 yen per day.
Is there a Washlet in a bathroom of the room?
Yes, there is.
Is there a refrigerator in the room?
Yes, there is a refrigerator –please bring your own food and drinks.

Do you have a parking lot?
We have a parking lot that holds up to 40 cars in our premises.
Do you have restaurants in the hotel?
We have a restaurant called Montrose on the first floor of our hotel which only provides a buffet-style breakfast.
Do you have coin-operated laundry machines?
We have them on the third floor.
Do you have automatic vending machines?
Yes, we have some vending machines and there are vending machines for alcoholic beverages on the second and third floor.
Do you have a public bath?
Yes, we have a public bath house on the second floor.
Is there any area for smoking in the lobby?
The lobby is non-smoking. Please use a smoking room or the smoking area outside of the hotel.
Do you have an ice maker?
If you need one please contact the front desk and we will prepare it for you.

About Services

Can you keep my valuables?
Yes, we keep your valuables in a safety box in the front desk.
Please let me know which things I can borrow at the front desk.
We have a trouser press, a desk light, a sewing kit, a clothes iron and a humidifier.
Do you have laundry services?
Yes. Please contact the front desk.
Is the buffet breakfast available for visitors?
Yes, we offers the breakfast for visitors for 900 yen.
Do you have copying and fax services?
Yes, we do. Making copies and sending faxes are available for a fee, and receiving faxes is free of charge.
Do you have a computer and printer I can use for free?
We have common-use computers and a printer at the lobby.
Do you provide room service?
Sorry, we don’t have room service.
Is it possible to use a not-so-thick pillow?
We offer eight kinds of pillows for our guest. Please select your favorite one and take it to you room.
Can I make a reservation for a taxi?
Yes, you can book a taxi at the front desk.

There is a FamilyMart diagonally across from our hotel.

You can wear room wear inside the hotel, but please refrain from wearing it outside.
